Vacancy: Accountant.Bucharest

Our partner, a large international chain of stores (750 stores, 6000 SKU), in connection with the entry Romanian market we are looking for candidates for the position of Accountant

Place of work: Bucharest or remotely

Your responsibilities:

• Collection of documents for the registration of primary documentation in accordance with the norms of bookkeeping;
• Maintaining relationships with the accounting outsourcing company on operational issues;
• Control over the provision of reports on the work of the chain of stores; 
• Timesheet of employees;
• Registration of PRROs/PROs, cash discipline and other procedures
• Consultations of the central office on issues of tax and labor legislation.

What we expect from you:

• At least 3 years of experience as an accountant in the main areas in a retail chain and an understanding of of the main processes;
• Experience with local specialized accounting programs;
• Higher education (economics, finance, accounting and auditing);
• Experience with customs;
• Sufficient knowledge of local tax and labor laws to organize the work of the chain of stores;
• English (intermediate level or higher)
• Knowledge of cash discipline;
• Knowledge of the principles of work of registrar of settlement transactions, software registrar of settlement operations.

Will be an advantage:

Experience in international chain of stores;

• Suggested salary: 1800EUR -2000EUR+ Net
