Our client: an international IT product company with offices in 18 countries is looking for candidates to fill in the position of:

Head of recruitment

Work place: Kyiv, Ukraine

Necessary qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment of IT specialists in international companies, recruitment agencies
• Proven track record of closed vacancies by the recruitment team under your management
• Good understanding of IT labor market
• Experience in communication with foreign stakeholders
• Excellent management and leadership skills, exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead full cycle recruitment process
• Experience in candidates selection and interviewing
• Experience in direct search and headhunting
• Good level of English

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Managing recruitment team and process in the company
• Be part of the company management team
• Working closely with the top management of the company with the aim to build and deliver innovative approaches
• Leading, developing and managing a highly professional group of recruiters and researchers to implement and execute recruitment initiatives and perform according to the set plan
• Producing the most efficient and appropriate recruiting channels and methods
• Ensuring the high quality of hiring
• Keeping track of recruiting metrics
• Assessing external labor market conditions, examining hiring trends and anticipating the organization’s response to labor market changes
• Monitoring the activities of service providers and evaluating their performance
• Recruitment budget control
• Managing recruitment marketing
