Вакансия: Customer Master data Admin(CRM)

Our client, an international innovation IT product  company with offices in 18 countries, is looking for candidates to fill in the position  Customer Master data Admin(CRM)

Work place: Kyiv, Ukraine

RESPONSIBILITIES

• CMD requests processing (from Sales): checking for new customers on correctness of data; credit check as a basis for credit limits and payment terms; blacklist check based on list from legal
• Validation of new accounts in CRM
• Build child-parent account relationship in customer database
• CRM-NAV mismatches resolving
• Maintaining customer masterdata in NAV
• Clean-up data requests (Tiger, data migration etc)

REQUIREMENTS

• Excel knowledge
• Experience in maintaining the customer database is a plus
• Disciplined, orderly working, well organized
• Used to work in admin position
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Attentive to details
