Our partner, an international game developing company, is looking for Marketing Video Creation Team Lead

Place of duty: Kiev or Kharkov

Required skills:

• 2 years of experience managing a team of designers
• 5 years of work experience
• Proficiency in video creation tools (After Effects, Photoshop, 3D Skill)
• Effect and animation skills required for motion graphic production
• Competency in promotion design, layout, typo design, etc. for cut-scene
• Ability to communicate in English

(Planning/Composite/Edit/Effect/3D Modeling/Animation/Cut Design, etc.)

Desired:

• Working experience in a related field -Mobile, Gaming, Social Casino
• Working experience in Performance Marketing

Your core tasks:

• Managing a team of motion designers, while producing high-quality work as a stellar lead designer
• Organizing team’s priorities and workflow, while owning team outcomes to produce high-quality marketing videos for different media platforms.
