Our client: an international IT product company with offices in 18 countries is looking for candidates to fill in the position of: IT Recruiter

Work place: Kiev

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full cycle of the recruitment process (preparation stage — intake meetings, job posting, searching, selection and pre-onboarding)
• Screen candidate resumes, conduct interviews — assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, experience, and soft skills
• Manage relations with stakeholders (technical interviewers, Hiring Managers, recruitment agencies, and candidates)

Requirements

• University degree (technical education is a plus)
• 3+ year of experience in IT recruitment
• Passion for technology and innovation
• Strong communication, negotiation, sales skills and ability to multitask
• Great team player, fast learner, self-driven and self-organized
• Experienced in Boolean search, LinkedIn search, X-RAY, etc.
• Intermediate + English

We offer:

Salary range:  USD 2500 – USD 2700 fix
