Vacancy: Commercial Director

Our client, an international FMCG company ranking Top-5 in its industry, is looking for candidates to fill in Commercial Director position.

Tasks shall include:

• Shape and manage implementation of sales strategies via sales channels and areas of responsibility
• Implementsales plans, market share and distribution plans
• Introducenew sales schemes, develop focus and exclusive teams
• Controltheperformanceofcorporatepricingpolicyin the area of responsibility;
•  Introducenewwaystocontrolfinancialperformance in sales
• Develop and introduce sales development strategy from the point of view of synergy of sales channels
• Manage the development and implementation of trade and marketing programs of the Company
• Developmotivationalprogramsandbonus systems
• Supervise introductionofCRM systems, analytics and forecasting
• Budgeting

Required competences:

• Work experience at a similar position in major system FMCG companyof at least 3 years. Preferablyinfoodsector, producing company, combination of work experience in international and domestic companies
• Knowledge of and practical experience in sales management
• Knowledge of distribution tools, direct sales, specifics of sales via all channels
• Successful experience of managing sales via various sales channels. 
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategy with the view to increase the market share
• Experience in managing the new market entry

Remunerations:150 000UAN-200 000UAN
