Vacancy: Director, Department of Payment Systems.

Our Client, an international company specializing in banking technologies and payment systems and the leading supplier of ATMs, POS terminals, information sensor kiosks and queuing systems for Ukrainian financial markets seek to fill in the position of Director, Department of Payment Systems.

Tasks:

• Effective promotion of products and services related to payment systems supplied by the company
• Managing the team of the Department of Payment Systems, working together with other units of the company, regular managerial events to meet the sales and development plan
• Managing financial indicators and budget of the Department
• Managing client relationships and respective planning/reporting on sales and services
• Implementation and supervision of projects for software development and integration, performance of the contracts, prioritizing, close cooperation with other units in order to ensure the timely delivery on the implementation and integration projects
• Building relationships with commercial vendors (Verifone, Nautilus Hyosung, etc.)
• Selection of new vendors and implementation of new solutions to be promoted by the company
• Managing the sales of payment systems, related products and services
• Raising the quality of existing client support, general level of satisfaction with the company products

Qualification and experience requirements:

• Higher education
• Work experience in B2B sales, payment solutions and products
• Ability to build partner relationships with the key clients
• Experience in selling the payment systems and proven achievements of objectives
• Successful tender/competitive bidding experience
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
