Director of retail chain

Place of business: Kyiv

Qualifications and experience:

• Work experience with systemic retailers, service sector
• Successful experience in organizing retail sales
• Experience in building effective trading teams
• Knowledge and skills in developing  and implementing personnel motivation systems.
• Experience in personnel training and development
• Effective skills in building effective business processes

Tasks:

• Effectively manage material and human resources of the chain, look for ways and methods for their effective use.
• Optimization of  business  processes  and  introduction of advanced personnel management and communication methods
• Initiation and control of marketing activities
• Administration  and operational  management of chain stores, organization of their work and control.
• Inventory control and optimization
• Management accounting
• Formation of purchase and sell prices
• Analysis of chain stores performance, budgeting
• Monitoring of markets competing in terms of assortment and prices
• Search for solutions to increase  the profitability  of sales and the entire chain of stores as a whole

Compensation: high, negotiable
