Vacancy: Head of Representative Office

Our partner, USA software development company, is looking for candidates to fill in the following position: Director of subsidiary company  (Ukraine, Kiev)

Basic requirements:

• Work experience in the software development company as a COO or CTO or Team Lead
• Managerial skills and experience
• Knowledge in .NET or Java or Python, JS
• Excellent English skills

Tasks:

• Manage the branch from all aspects
• Business development and management in Ukraine
• All tasks of R&D manager
• Be responsible for R&D
• Creating the team of developers
• Check developers level and abilities
• Manage developers
• Track projects
• Take care of internal processes
• Work with partners and clients
• Budget management, controlling of all the company’s financial and accounting matters
• Be in direct touch with us (USA HQ) on regular basis

We offer:

Salary: $8,000- $10,000
