Vacancy: Marketing Director

Our client, an international food manufacturer, is looking for a Marketing Director.

About company: for over 18 years in Ukrainian market, the company grew from a small branch to the major European-style producer, having earned credibility in the market. The company ranks among Top 5 in its industry.

The total headcount of Marketing Department is 14 employees.

Major tasks:

• Develop Company’s marketing strategy and supervise its implementation;
• Formulate and execute marketing plan;
• Manage the development and launch of new TMs;
• Manage product portfolio of the Company;
• Manage TM marginality;
• Set and control sales prices, develop pricing policy;
• Plan sales;
• Procure for regular market research, analyze competing companies, identify current and future market needs and market niches;
• Develop loyalty programs for distributors and network clients, analyze their efficiency;
• Plan and implement brand promotion activities (ATL, BTL, PR), analyze their efficiency;
• Budgeting;
