Our client: an international innovation IT company with offices in 18 countries is looking for candidates to fill in the position of HR Director Ukraine

Work place: Kiev.

Number of employees in Ukraine – 400 people

Necessary qualifications:

• HR strategic vision in global companies
• Innovative and creating thinking, more than 5 years of work experience as HR director.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Knowledge and experience of introduction of best HR practices.
• Experience in managing the brand of the employer
• Focus on people and results.
• Experience in creating and developing training centers and teaching talents
• Competence in creating interpersonal relations and their effective management at all levels of the company.
• Good organization, attention to detail and time management skills.
• Dynamic team player, able to lead several projects, agreed with the schedule and budget.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.

 Tasks:

• Development and implementation of HR management strategies and initiatives based on the global HQ HR strategy
• Support to existing and future business needs by creating, engaging, motivating and retaining human resources.
• Advising management on relations with employees, as well as addressing all disciplinary issues within the company.
• Employer Brand Management
• Promoting positive working environment.
• Development of an integrated system of staff motivation, training of personnel, planning of personnel costs and investments;
•  Improving the system of personnel training and development
