Commercial director

Place of business: Kyiv.

Qualifications and experience:

• Successful experience as a Commercial Director, Director of a retail chain.
• Outstanding managerial skills, retail chain management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of all business processes in a retail chain, specifics of retail sales and procurement of goods.
• Great analytical skills.
• Successful experience in setting up the retail sales
• Experience of building effective sales teams
• Knowledge and skills of introduction of personnel motivation systems.
• Experience in personnel education and development
• Skills of building effective business processes
• Pronounced leadership qualities, focus on result, high level of responsibility and self-organization, proactivity.

Tasks:

• Network performance analysis, budgeting
• Monitoring the competitive market in terms of assortment and prices
• Search for solutions how to increase the profitability of sales of the chain in general
• Achievement of key performance indicators in terms of the business development
• Active participation and impact on increase of business profitability
• Improving competitiveness and profitability of the company
• Increase in sales, formation of an assortment matrix, expansion of assortment
• Market analytics, search and analytics and attracting new suppliers
• Establishing effective partnership relationships with suppliers
• Improving the chain structure, work standards and interaction among the units
• Management, coordination and supervision of commercial activities of the retail chain
• Formation of a full-scale commercial policies and their execution
• Analysis and forecasting of market trends, monitoring of competitors
