Our client, an international FMCG company, is looking for a Marketing Director.

Major tasks:

Develop Company’s marketing strategy and supervise its implementation;
Formulate and execute marketing plan;
Manage the development and launch of new TMs;
Manage product portfolio of the Company;
Manage TM marginality;
Set and control sales prices, develop pricing policy;
Plan sales;
Procure for regular market research, analyze competing companies, identify current and future market needs and market niches;
Develop loyalty programs for distributors and network clients, analyze their efficiency;
Plan and implement brand promotion activities (ATL, BTL, PR), analyze their efficiency;
Budgeting;
